NEW POLL RESULTS SHOW CINDY HOLSCHER WITH BIG LEAD IN DEMOCRATIC GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARY
Today, the Cindy Holscher campaign released new polling in the democratic gubernatorial primary that shows State Senator Cindy Holscher holds a double-digit lead over State Senator Ethan Corson. The results also show that Holscher is better-known and favored by the most informed voters and Holscher’s message holds significantly more appeal than Corson’s.
Holscher Campaign Manager Madi Ashcraft made the following statement:
“This poll shows us what we already knew: Cindy has the support of grassroots Democrats and her message resonates with voters. While other candidates are catering to out-of-state donors and the establishment, Cindy has everyday Kansans on her side, because they know what she stands for.”

“A new Public Policy Polling survey shows State Senator Cindy Holscher holds a big double-digit lead over State Senator Ethan Corson in the Democratic primary race for governor. Holscher is better-known than Corson, which provides her an edge, but Holscher also holds a huge advantage among those who are familiar with both candidates and who rate both favorably.
“The PPP survey shows that at this early stage of the race, both candidates are largely blank slates, leading most voters to be undecided on their choice. However, the survey clearly shows that Holscher’s profile and messaging holds far more appeal. This enables her to maintain her large lead after voters learn more about both candidates and prevents Corson from pulling in significant support – even after they hear that Governor Kelly endorsed him.
“Holscher is better-known, holds a big initial lead, and her profile is stronger than Corson’s proposition for Kansas. This survey signals that Holscher is in a strong position for success provided she has the resources necessary to communicate her message.”
